Fine Dining
Be treated to the exquisite flavours of Japan and the freshest local ingredients when you dine in our restaurant. Menus include four or up to six courses and a series of specially prepared taste plates designed to tantalise. Sip on a pre dinner cocktail, enjoy fine dining, lunch and breakfast.

The Dining Space
Glinting with gold and silver, and providing stunning views over the trees, the resort bar and restaurant is the perfect backdrop for lunch or fine dining. We limit the number of our guests, to ensure a private and intimate dining experience for couples. Following your treatment, delight your senses with a delicious Japanese lunch. In the evening, share a cocktail in the lounge under dimmed lights, before being treated to a Japanese fine dining experience.
Great ingredients, beautiful food
All ingredients in our restaurant are carefully sourced from farmers, producers and artisans in the Yarra Valley and Victoria. Our chef only uses the finest cuts of grass fed meat, locally grown fruits, vegetables, micro greens and herbs, from rich organic soils, yarra valley wines, and the finest Japanese condiments. Each meal is carefully prepared to provide an unforgettable experience of rich and varied flavours.
VICTORIAN STRAWBERRY FIELDS
Situated in the lush Silvan Valley, Tais and Nina supply the sweetest, plumpest berries, fruits and vegetables, grown locally the old fashioned way, and organically where possible.
Yarra Valley Herbs
Matt and Denis supply us with the freshest edible flowers, micro greens and zucchini flowers, grown on their farm in the Silvan Valley

Sourcing only the highest quality artisan and home grown produce, Simon Johnson provide our kitchen with an exciting range of gourmet flavours.
UNEARTHERD MUSHROOMS
John and Julia grow the most amazing Asian and native mushrooms and fungi, from their sustainable farm in Monbulk. They believe in growing fungi as close to nature as possible, for the highest flavour and texture.
FLOWERDALE FARM
Flowerdale Farm in Glenburn grows and supplies us with quality microgreens, shoots, sprouts, petite vegetables, edible flowers, salad greens and herbs.
TOM’S PADDOCK
The true true definition of paddock to plate, Tom’s Paddock supplies us with ungraded organic free range eggs the way nature intended.
MAYURA WAGYU
Established in 1845, Mayura Station is a national award winning boutique beef producer specialising in Full-blood Wagyu beef. We are proud to only have the finest on our menu.
MONTROSE MEAT SUPLIERS
A long established family business, Rob and Veronica supply us with their signature house smoked bacon, and grass-fed lamb, beef and poultry from the Yarra Valley and beyond.
CLAMMS SEAFOOD
Yousuke supplies Melbourne’s best restaurants and our kitchen with the freshest bounty from the sea – from Tasmanian ocean trout to Yarra Valley Salmon , roe and Crystal bay tiger prawns.

From Fino we are lucky to source those impossible-to-get organic artisan soy sauces, sake, finishing oils and vinegars.
